Jamie Kobyluk

Jamie began her career in fitness over 20 years ago by teaching fitness classes to companies such as Lockheed Martin, Rolm, ACS/Guidant, and Northern Telecom.  She currently teaches step aerobics, aqua aerobics, boot camp and circuit classes.

She received her personal training certification thru American Council of Exercise as well as by attending Foothill College’s Personal Trainer Certification series of courses.  She is also certified as a “first responder.”

As well as conducting one-on-one training, Jamie enjoys doing group sessions, training up to five clients at a time.  This may be a cost-saving alternative for those of you who cannot afford individual sessions in this troubled economy.

Jamie has worked with teens as young as 14 years old, and she has also worked with those recovering from eating disorders and distorted body image issues.  She believes in a ‘whole body’ approach to training, which works very well for those wanting to focus on the fat-burning benefits of both cardiovascular as well as muscular strength and endurance exercises during their one hour sessions.

"I interviewed a few different facilities and felt that Dale was the one who would understand my needs and have the ability to modify exercises to make it work for me. I am so happy with my decision and have enjoyed working with Dale and the staff at Custom Fitness."
