Dale loves working with all ages but has a special affinity for the older generation and tailors programs to their unique needs. Dale holds certifications through the American Council on Exercise and uses the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) Optimum Performance Training Program. Also an affiliate of Function First, Dale has special expertise in evaluating and addressing muscle imbalances with corrective exercises, training older populations, cardiovascular training, body composition testing, and sports nutrition. A popular workshop leader for other personal trainers, Dale stays current in her field by participating in annual IDEA Health and Fitness Association, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and NASM conferences. Part of what makes Dale unique is her focus on posture evaluations and corrective exercises. She feels that this is where most trainers miss it – taking the time to assess the problem before addressing the issue. |
