What is a Custom Fitness workout?
Machine-based weight training isolates single muscle groups, creating superficial results but missing the whole-body integration of Functional Fitness programs. Custom Fitness focuses on integrating multiple muscle groups, improving synergy in the way you move. Functional Fitness integrates elements of yoga, Pilates, sports science, and physical therapy to increase results and decrease risk of injury and burnout.
